Our portfolio includes developments at Carrigdubh, Blackrock; Orchard Close, Douglas and The Elms, Rosebank in Douglas. Additional developments include Heatherfield and Heathergrove in Carrigaline and a superb south facing site at Cois Chuain in Glounthaune where we finished 64 detached homes on large sites. A superbly constructed 200 unit project Gort an Óir, Castlemarytr was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. Na Bánta, Ladysbridge, a development of 74 houses is another prime example of Lane Homes excellence in construction.
